TMJ & Intraoral Therapy
For jaw tension that doesn’t let go on its own.
Jaw tension is rarely just about the jaw.
It’s connected to the neck, the breath, the nervous system—and often habitual patterns you might not even realize you’re holding.
This session works both externally and inside the mouth to release those patterns.
What is a session like?
Best for:
jaw pain, clicking, or restriction
clenching or grinding
headaches linked to jaw tension
people ready to address this directly—not work around it
We begin with external work to settle the system and reduce guarding.
When appropriate, intraoral work is introduced to access deeper structures that can’t be reached from the outside.
We may work with:
masseter, temporalis, and pterygoids
cervical and suboccipital muscles
tongue and floor of mouth dynamics
We move at your pace throughout—guided by your comfort, your feedback, and how your body responds to the work.
You’re guided through the process—you’re never left wondering what’s happening.
60–75 minutes
If intraoral work is new to you, we’ll ease into it.
You’re always in control of the pace.
