Hi, I’m Laura Share, the practitioner behind Elemental Work. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Medical Massage Practitioner, and Board Certified Polarity Practitioner.

I’ve spent decades working with my hands—as a bread baker, landscape gardener, silversmith, and bodyworker. Those trades taught me how to listen through touch, notice subtle patterns, and pay close attention to structure, balance, and detail.

I completed my Massage and Polarity Therapy training at Spa Tech Institute in 2012 and opened Elemental Work in 2015. From 2014 to 2016, I taught at Spa Tech’s Westbrook, Maine location. I returned to Spa Tech in 2022 for Advanced Polarity Therapy training and became Board Certified in Polarity Therapy in 2023.

My continuing education has focused on clinical and orthopedic bodywork, including myofascial release, medical massage applications, neuromuscular techniques, neck pain, low back pain, abdominal and pelvic work, reflexology, oncology massage, and kinesiology taping.

The work I offer is responsive, practical, and specific. Some sessions call for focused clinical problem-solving. Others call for a gentler approach that helps the nervous system settle. Most live somewhere in between.
