Policies

I understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone's life. In order to be effective and fair for all clients, I ask that you honor the following policies:

If you need to reschedule

If you need to reschedule please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of half the session rate.

If you arrive late

Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine together if there is enough time remaining to begin a treatment.

No call no show for a session incurs a fee of the full session rate which must be paid prior to scheduling future sessions.
