Polarity Therapy

For when your system needs to reorganize—not just relax.

Polarity Therapy looks at the body as a system.

Instead of working one spot at a time, we follow patterns—how things connect, where they’re held, and how they’re trying to shift.

The work draws on an elemental framework and the natural movement of energy in the body, but you don’t need to know any of that for it to work.

The goal isn’t to “fix” anything.
It’s to support the body in finding its own balance.

What makes this different?

This is not just light touch—and it’s not just relaxation.

Polarity Therapy works through a broader lens:

• energetic flow and polarity within the body
• elemental patterns (earth, water, fire, air, ether)
• structural holding and compensation

This same elemental framework shows up throughout all sessions at Elemental Work—through breath, touch, and the tools used in session. Contact may be gentle or more directive, depending on what’s needed—but always responsive to what your system is showing. This is listening-based work, not imposed technique.

What’s a session like?

We start with a check-in discussion, then move into the table work.

Sessions may include still contact, gentle holds, and reflexing specific points that connect different areas of the body. Movement of the limbs, rocking of the body and gently guided breathing explore connections, restrictions, and encourage release of patterns ready to shift.

There’s often a sense of the work linking things together—rather than focusing on one place at a time.

I follow what your system gives—how it shifts, where it resists, where it opens.

You don’t need to understand the framework for it to work.
You just need to be in your body and let it respond.

Best for:

  • people feeling “off” in a way that’s hard to explain

  • chronic patterns (physical tension, mental strain, emotional volatility) that resist release

  • nervous system dysregulation

  • people drawn to deeper, system-wide work

  • those curious about energetic approaches that are still grounded

Clients often notice:

  • a sense of internal balance or reorientation

  • shifts that feel whole-body, not localized

  • nervous system settling

  • changes that continue after the session

This work tends to unfold over time rather than all at once.

60 or 90 minutes

This is subtle, integrative work.

If you’re looking for something deeper than muscle-focused treatment, this is a strong place to start.
