Mobility Massage is for stiffness, compression, and movement patterns that don’t always respond to pressure alone.

This clothed, table-based session draws from traditional Thai bodywork, combining assisted stretching, joint mobilization, rhythmic compression, breath awareness, and energetic balancing.

It’s active, grounded, and responsive — designed to help the body find more range, space, and ease through supported movement.

What is a session like?


Mobility Massage takes place fully clothed on the massage table. Please wear clothing suitable for exercise, dance or yoga, with enough stretch to allow for comfortable movement, bending, and assisted stretching.


We may work with:

  • assisted stretching

  • rhythmic compression

  • joint mobilization

  • rocking and traction

  • breath-guided movement

  • larger patterns through the hips, spine, shoulders, ribs, neck, and limbs


This is not a passive relaxation massage, though it can be deeply relaxing. You may be asked to participate at times through breath, gentle resistance, or small adjustments in position. You won’t need to perform exercises or hold stretches on your own. The work is guided, supported, and adapted to your body in real time. The pace is steady and responsive throughout — shaped by what you ask for, what your body allows, and what shows up during the session.
