What a session feels like

We start by mapping what’s happening—where the tension is coming from, how it’s referring, what is feeding it.

Then we work through:

  • neck and suboccipital tension

  • jaw and intraoral structures, when appropriate

  • scalp and cranial layers

  • shoulder and upper rib involvement.

The work is slow, intentional and specific. The work stays responsive—to your symptoms, your thresholds, and what your body reveals as we go.
