Breath affects everything—tension, posture, nervous system state, even pain patterns.

Most people aren’t breathing in a way that actually supports their body.

This session helps change that.

What’s a session like?

We start by observing your natural breathing pattern.

Then we work with:

  • guided breath techniques

  • body-based awareness

  • manual support where helpful

  • nervous system integration

This isn’t forced breathing or performance. It’s learning how to work with your body instead of against it.

We adjust as we go—based on what you’re feeling, what’s accessible, and how your body responds to each shift.

Best for:

  • shallow or restricted breathing

  • anxiety or nervous system dysregulation

  • chronic tension patterns

  • people who want tools they can use outside the session

This is active, but not effortful.

You’ll leave with a different relationship to your breath.
